Volunteer
We often have special events needing support, fund raising efforts, we can always use help in the garden, our building is over 100 years old and so there are always maintenance and repair projects and we keep a running list of future projects and tasks presented at and updated for every board of director  meeting and would be happy to provide information on opportunities to help. We would also greatly appreciate help from anyone with skills in building maintenance and construction, but have many tasks requiring a wide variety of skills. Donation Wish List
We operate and continue to operate through the generous money donations you provide (dana), but also have needs of physical objects and work effort to keep our space in good shape, clean and inviting to practitioners and those wishing to drop by and explore. 

Currently we could use:

- Couch: To replace current one.  Ours is in usable functioning condition, but an updated, better condition (less cat damaged) couch would be nice.

- A few furniture objects:  We have two end tables, but newer in better condition ones for our living room space would be nice.

- Newer Microwave:  Current one works, but is in its last stages of life.

- Paint:  An upcoming project is new paint on most of the main level and touch up in upper halls.  Looking for neutral colors and enough to finish a full area.

- Sewing work, needles and thread: Zafus and Zabutons are getting a little exhausted at the seams and could use some black thread and skilled sewing efforts, some Zafus could also use a little more stuffing

- Compact wood color shoe rack: for right inside Zendo door

- Use of a heavy duty Carpet Cleaner (Rug Doctor or heavier duty) and cleaning solution.  Time to hit the main floor for heavy cleaning, and upper floors, stairs as well as current couch

-Library Card Catalog couple of drawers: To catalog our library
