HIV Meditation Group

The HIV Meditation Group is open to those living with HIV, their friends, families & community supporters.

Seated meditation [zazen] is the practice of bringing an open and receptive awareness of the present moment to experiences, allowing one to cease dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.

Meeting Every Thursday & Friday Morning

10:30am – 11:00am:  sitting meditation [zazen]
11:00am – 12noon:  socialize in our garden
Enter through the door to the meditation hall [zendo]
down the steps to the right of the building.

Suggested donation (dana): $2 – 5
No one turned away for lack of funds
