We’ll take the morning off tomorrow, allowing for the intense atmosphere of the Faire and its tendency to keep us up very late, due to the ambient noise and bustle. Evening zazen WILL take place at 6pm tomorrow, as usual.
Dharma Talk: Saturday 30 July
Come and hear a Dharma talk at 10:15 a.m. this Saturday by our friend Rev. Peter van der Sterre, a long-time Zen practitioner and business owner, and a Dharma heir of Rev. Zoketsu Norman Fischer. There will be seated meditation (J. zazen) as usual at 9:25 a.m., and tea-and-cookies in the living room following the talk. Everyone is welcome.

This week, our regular Saturday Dharma talk at 10:15 a.m. will be given by Rev. Zachary Smith, from the San Francisco Zen Center. Everyone is invited to attend the period of seated meditation (J. zazen) beforehand at 9:25 a.m., and stay after the talk for tea-and-cookies upstairs in the living room.
